EU dispute resolution / Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
